Do you provide licensed structural certificates?
Yes. All structural drawings and stability certificates are stamped and signed by government-registered licensed structural engineers. These certificates are valid for submission to municipal authorities, RERA, and financial institutions.
Which software do you use for structural analysis?
We use STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, and SAFE for structural analysis and design. For drawings, we use AutoCAD and Revit. All designs strictly comply with relevant IS Codes — IS 456, IS 800, IS 1893, IS 875, and IS 2911.
How long does a structural design take?
Timeline depends on project complexity. A typical G+1 or G+2 residential structure: 5–7 working days. G+3 to G+7: 10–15 days. High-rise commercial buildings: 20–30 days. Complex projects with special requirements may take longer. We always provide a timeline at the time of briefing.
Do you provide site supervision services?
Yes. We offer periodic and full-time site supervision by qualified engineers. This includes construction quality audits, RFI responses, deviation management, and progress reporting. Site supervision is available as a standalone service or bundled with our design packages.
Can you work on existing buildings that need repair or strengthening?
Absolutely. Our retrofitting team specialises in structural health assessments using non-destructive testing (NDT), followed by tailored repair and strengthening solutions — including concrete jacketing, FRP wrapping, underpinning, and seismic retrofitting.
Do you support projects outside Kanpur / Uttar Pradesh?
Yes. We provide engineering design services (structural, MEP, geotechnical) remotely across India. For site visits and supervision, we cover UP, Delhi NCR, Bihar, Rajasthan, and Maharashtra. For other locations, we can depute engineers or work with local site supervisors.
What documents do you need to start a structural design?
We need: (1) Architectural drawings (floor plans, section, elevation), (2) Plot dimensions and north direction, (3) Number of floors and intended use, (4) Soil test report (or we can conduct one), (5) Location / city for seismic zone determination. We will guide you through any missing items.
Do you offer value engineering / cost optimisation?
Yes — this is one of our specialities. Our engineers routinely review existing structural designs and identify opportunities to reduce steel and concrete quantities by 10–25% through better analysis, without compromising safety. This service pays for itself many times over on larger projects.
